The traps are by no means in the hands of children and despite bite protection, it should be kept in mind that they are wild animals, which should be trapped until liberation. We assume no responsibility for any possible injury due to incorrect handling of the wire trap.
In order to achieve a quick hunting success, we recommend laying out the bottom of the trap with sand, grass or leaves. The trap should also be darkened from the outside; a jute sack or similar.
Please do not use plastic sheeting as these are not breathable and additionally provide deterring sounds e.g. can generate by wind draft. Above all, intelligent animals can be quickly deterred by noises, as these are extremely cautious, intelligent and sensitive animals.
With the protected handle, the trap can be easily transported including trapped small animal.

Warm tips
1. As mice are very attentive to new things, they will not be easily caught. You may need to wait patiently for the system to work. It is not recommended to change the position of the mouse trap. Try to place the mousetrap near walls and corners and keep your body hindered while the front door is visible. Change the bait often to keep it fresh. We recommend using sweet spread (Nutella) as bait for the trap.
2.Delete the mouse immediately from the trap, as the captured mouse will send out an emergency call to notify the mice outside the trap. The effects of the trap can be influenced by location, bait, temperature and more.
3.After catching mouse successfully, the trap will be stained by dangerous signal that the captured mouse left to other mouses (irritating odor), therefore in order to maximize it’s effect, recommended to wash it with 60 degrees hot water to remove the odor.

We ship within the continental United States and Canada. For International shipping please message us. Our products are shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx. Shipping time to Canada is 9 to 12 business days. Warranty Exemptions and Notes
- The shipping fee for returning the product back will be paid by the customer and is non-refundable except for in 30 day DOA situations.
- During the return shipping, the customer is responsible for any and all customs charges, duties or tariffs during the items return to China. In these cases we will deduct the customs fees from your authorized refund amount.
- GNZMart will by default resend the item to the customer via Flat Rate Shipping. If the customer wants to utilize a faster shipping method, the relevant shipping fee is applicable.
- In case of any misuse, any and all repairs, accessories and shipping fees, both ways, are fully the customer’s responsibility and are at their own expense.

- Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product code (SKU number).
- Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
- Provide the item code indicated on the outer packaging.
- Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.

Missing Item(S), Wrong Item(S) Or Incorrect Package Sent
Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents before signing for the package.

Possible Solutions:
- If there is a item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
- If we have shipped the wrong item: we will either refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). GNZMart will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee when we receive it.
